Staylight is a Membership Referral organization that works with CrossFit gyms, and fitness providers all over the country. Our simple purpose is to help fitness communities grow and expand, while helping provide additional value to their members.

The short explanation of what we do…. We promote and sell a monthly membership program, taking on 100% of the marketing expenses. We then pay you as the fitness provider per registrant and give you the opportunity to transition these individuals into permanent members of your gym. Think of Staylight as your personal marketing team that will grow and expand your membership base, at NO cost to YOU!

We take on the responsibilities of data collection, pre-screening, and simply getting members in the door. This will ensure that YOU as a fitness provider can spend YOUR time managing YOUR business and taking care of YOUR current members. If you own a fitness facility, take a portion of your business growth plan and put it on our shoulders!

If you are selected as one of our fitness providers, you will be responsible for the following:

You Commit To Give Each Lead The First Class For Free.

You Commit To Run The First Month's Registration Payment Through Our System.

You Commit To Communicate All Staylight Related Information With Your Coaches.

First things first, you need to know that we are here to help build your business, not add something more to your plate. If it ever feels like you are taking on something new, one of us is doing something wrong.

"Are there any upfront costs?”

Nope! There is no skin off your back...EVER.

"How many members will you get us on a monthly basis, no BS?"

Our goal is the focus on quality leads, and to give YOU the ability to provide the on-boarding process they need. One thing we guarantee is that you will never be bombarded with 20 new CrossFitters that need 1-on-1 attention, creating a bunch of chaos for your community!

"Will you force us to create a separate class for these new members?"

Nope. Work them into your schedule the way you would any new member!

"I make $50 per person, how much do you guys make?"

We set out costs for your program at the equivalent value of your 1-month "unlimited" trading price. Simply put, our cut is the difference between that cost and $50.

"Can we onboard them the way we normally would, or do you want it done a certain way?"

Our goal is to work FOR YOU. With that said, we want you to onboard new members the way you want to.

"Do we have to offer them a discount at the end of the month-long program?"

No, but we recommend giving around 10% off their first package...it helps with the initial sale!
