How is Staylight different than the rest?

The traditional fitness model encourages individuals to set SPECIFIC goals for themselves while providing a fitness routine that is incredibly GENERALIZED. This simply doesn’t work!

Here is what we do…We provide you a program with instruction, that shows you true results on a regular basis, such as the time it takes to complete a specific workout, the number of reps completed in a certain period, the amount of weight you lift, or even just your ability to complete a specific movement!

INSTRUCTION

More instruction and credibility than you're used to. Our coaches and fitness providers lead on average 25 classes per week, and have received credible certifications to keep you safe.

Community and atmosphere you haven't experienced maybe ever if you haven't participated in organized sports. Stop saying "I'll start tomorrow", or "not today", and start saying, "I couldn't miss it!"

MOTIVATION

Someone 10 years older that is faster, stronger, more motivated, but will make sure you never miss a workout! And yes, even if you are 65, this still applies to you! This is not to discourage, but to tell you that "YES", you can do this!

Accountability that will never fade. Even if you don't want it, the group will know your name, and encourage you until you leave the door. Not to mention, you will end up doing the same!

“What if I have an injury or a medical issue?”

We will take and understand your limitations, adjusting the scheduled workout program to fit your needs, and provide you with the same benefits we would otherwise! We are here to improve your quality of life!

“What if I haven’t worked out in a long time?”

Our program is designed to meet you where you’re at.

Our trainers work with people from all walks of life, ages, body types, and athletic backgrounds.

“I already have a gym membership, how is this different?”

We will give you structure, accountability, instruction, and support that you CANNOT receive from a traditional gym membership.

You will never be at a loss for what to do, the programming is done for you.

"What if I will be gone for a while in the middle of my six weeks?"

No worries!

We can always adjust...add a week to the end of your 6 weeks, etc. Let our team know ahead of time, and we will find a solution!

“Will I receive help with my nutrition?”

When starting a program with Staylight, you will receive a personalized nutritional consultation, and are provided with six weeks of balanced and sustainable recipes to enjoy.

We will also provide you with additional nutritional guidance and wellness education throughout the program.

“What does a workout look like?”

Each day will include a warm up, a skill development, and a workout that will use your entire body from head to toe!

We make sure you feel comfortable walking in the door, and accomplished leaving!

“IS THIS CROSSFIT, AND CAN I EVEN DO THIS?”

"Staylight" itself is a six-week program that has been developed to help you see true, long-lasting results. The six-week fitness side of our program is conducted at CrossFit gyms across the country. The CrossFit regimen consists of functional movements at varying intensity levels, that are adjusted to meet you where you are at. And yes, anyone can do it!

"HOW LONG IS EACH CLASS?"

Each class runs about 60 minutes. This 60 minutes is broken up into various segments. A typical structure would be fifteen minute warm-up, fifteen minute teaching session, and 20-30 minute sweat session.

"Is Staylight a gym or what?"

No, we are not! We select and partner with our favorite gyms around the country, that share our same vision, in order to give our members the best chance of sustainable results!
