Staylight Boot Camps are dedicated to transforming bodies and changing lives of men and women of all ages and abilities.
Our program is designed to show everyone that 6 weeks is enough time to develop the skills, fitness abilities, and confidence that each of us need when walking into a gym.
Our design gives each registrant the ability to receive one-on-one attention and instruction from a personal trainer, alongside a group of accountability partners working toward similar goals.
Our boot camps provide a solution to the problem of finding a fitness routine that is fun, energetic, and results driven. You can be in this for the long haul! The first step is walking in the door, but authentic and sustainable results are achieved when you work out the RIGHT way.
Our boot camp programs will bring you through a range of intensity levels giving your body the ability to burn fat, become more efficient, and increase stress tolerance so that you can reach full potential.
