Staylight is dedicated to transforming bodies and changing lives of men and women of all ages and abilities.

 

We will show you that 6 weeks is enough time to develop the skills, fitness abilities, and confidence that you need when walking into a gym.

 

Our design will give you the ability to receive close instruction from a trainer, alongside a group of accountability partners working towards similar goals.

you should expect from Staylight

More instruction and credibility than you're used to. Our coaches and fitness providers lead on average 25 classes per week, and have received credible certifications to keep you safe.

An atmosphere you haven't experienced maybe ever if you haven't participated in organized sports. Stop saying "I'll start tomorrow", or "not today", and start saying, "I couldn't miss it!"

Someone 10 years older that is faster, stronger, more motivated, but will make sure you never miss a workout! And yes, even if you are 65, this still applies to you! This is not to discourage, but to tell you that "YES", you can do this!

Community and accountability that will never fade. Even if you don't want it, the group will know your name, and encourage you until you leave the door. Not to mention, you will end up doing the same!

A brand new language, consisting of acronyms and words that only someone in this community would know. But don't worry, after a couple days you will have it down! Get ready to PR on your next AMRAP WOD!

Our trainers are not only cognizant of the various medical issues that may arise, but are educated enough to adjust any exercise to fit your needs

“What if I haven’t worked out in a long time?”

Our program is designed to meet you where you’re at.

Our trainers work with people from all walks of life, ages, body types, and athletic backgrounds.

“I already have a gym membership, how is this different?”

We will give you structure, accountability, instruction, and support that you CANNOT receive from a traditional gym membership.

You will never be at a loss for what to do, the programming is done for you.

“Will I receive help with my nutrition?”

When starting a program with Staylight, you will receive a personalized nutritional consultation, and are provided with six weeks of balanced and sustainable recipes to enjoy.

We will also provide you with additional nutritional guidance and wellness education throughout the program.

“What does a workout look like?”

Each day will include a warm up, a skill development, and a workout that will use your entire body from head to toe!

We make sure you feel comfortable walking in the door, and accomplished leaving!
