Cory Svihla
CEO
Cory graduated from Bethel University in 2011, after studying Health and Physical Education. He started out in the health and fitness industry with Life Time Fitness as a wellness professional. After leaving Life Time, he joined a team of people looking to grow and expand Staylight Fitness. In 2016, he developed a new vision for the business and transitioned the company from at-home personal training to the model we have today. He created our vision to uphold family values while making our communities a healthier place, one day, one family, one person at a time.
He serves on the Board of Directors of the Life Time Foundation and is held at a high regard in the industry. Cory has been competing in CrossFit competitions for over four years, which helps foster his vision of community for our organization. As the CEO of Staylight, he wants to be a resource for you, your family, and your friends! He enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife Kristi…biking, running, water sports, and any other fitness activity they dream up!
